Jerry is a graduate of Springfield High School and attended Tennessee Tech University, where he studied business management.  He has been in the building materials business since 1979.  In this industry, he ran lumber yards and distribution centers for large corporations, serving as sales manager or general manager.  He bought his own business in 2004, and he currently leads a successful team in very tough times.  He has been married for thirty years and has three well rounded children.  He has been very involved in youth sports in Springfield, as well as with the youth group at Main Street Church of Christ, where he serves as an elder.  His love for youth and a compassionate heart for helping people helps the agency accomplishing its goals.
