Backpack Attack Program

In the 2015-2016 school year, almost 700 children are receiving assistance through this program, representing over 100,000 meals and snacks!!!  There are no geographic boundries for the Backpack Attack Program.  We serve children in every school in the system.

You can help the Backpack Attack Program in three ways.

1.  Make a cash or food donation.

  • Cash donations can be mailed to the TNKids office at 319 N Main Street, Springfield, TN
  • Food Donations can be brought to the TNKids office or you can call us at 615-973-4323 to arrange a more convenient drop off location. We will also pick up your items if that would be helpful.  Click here to see the list of food items that are needed.

2.  Sponsor A Child.

For $100, you can sponsor a child.

3.  Link your Kroger Plus Card to TNKids

Kroger is giving money to non-profits and schools.  The amount an agency receives is based on how much is spent by those who have designated that agency to receive benefits on their Plus Card.  This benefit does not cost the customer anything.  To have your Plus Card linked to TNKids, send an email to TNKids@TNKids.org or a text to 615-973-4323.  Include your name and address and the number on the back of the Plus Card.
